All registrations must be received and paid by 4:30 P.M. on the Thursday before the first Monday in March to participate in our Public Tax Sale. NO EXCEPTIONS. No one will be allowed in our tax saleroom unless registered to participate in the sale.

It is the bidders’ responsibility to research their own properties. Parcels will be offered with the largest principal amounts to the smallest. These amounts do not include interest or certificate fees.

The sale will start at 9:00 A.M. Please be prompt, turn cell phones off or on vibrate. All calls must be taken outside the tax saleroom.
